Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hudi Rooms, we strive to provide clarity regarding our cancellation and refund policies for different services. Please read the policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. Lodge Stays

  • No Refund: All lodge stay bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Apartment Bookings

  • Cancellation Before Check-in: If a booking is canceled at least 7 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-in: No refund will be provided.
  • No-show Policy: If the guest does not check in on the booking date, no refund will be issued.

3. Apartment Purchases

  • All apartment purchases are final. Hudi Rooms does not provide refunds for apartment sales.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying all property details before purchase.

4. Service Bookings

  • Service bookings may be eligible for a refund depending on the service provider’s policy.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of booking.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
